Who we are

Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. There are two ways we may receive information:

• Analytics data — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes things like which pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, an approximate (city-level) location, and which buttons you click. It does not identify you personally, and we never collect it until you accept.
• Information you send us — when you contact us using the email links on the site, we receive whatever you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message. We use this only to reply and to discuss working together.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. This site uses two kinds:

• A consent cookie (named ga_consent) that simply remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don't ask you again on every visit. This one is always set once you make a choice.
• Google Analytics cookies, which are only set after you click "Accept". If you decline, they are never placed.

How we use information

We use analytics data to see what's working on the site and to improve it. We use anything you email us to respond and to provide our services. We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling beyond basic, anonymous website analytics.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with services that help us run the site:

• Google Analytics, which processes the analytics data described above.
• Our website host, Namecheap, which stores and serves the site.

These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (you can adjust this to 14 months). Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our working relationship, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You're in control of your data. You can:

• Change your cookie choice at any time using the button below.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing gagan@gaganahuja.com.
• Control cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India). We honour those requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
